His beginnings in Ecuador
After completing secondary school, Fernando enters the banking sector, working during the day and attending university in the evening. During the same period, he gains his first entrepreneurial experience managing a small venue. The severe economic and banking crisis that hits the country interrupts this path and leads him to look towards Europe.
Starting again in Italy
In February 2003, he arrives in Italy and starts from scratch. He takes on a range of jobs, from the humblest to the most demanding, often working several at once. These are years of sacrifice and determination, during which he continues to develop his skills and seek new opportunities. Through work and saving, he gradually builds the stability that will make his first investments possible.
From savings to business
After buying his first home, Fernando invests in a second property, which will become Moya Suites. Renovating it brings him into the construction sector in a more structured way, leading to the creation of Edil FAS. Following an initial phase with business partners, he takes direct responsibility for the company, turning hands-on experience into entrepreneurial expertise. In the years that follow, he enters the property auction market, following a cycle of buying, renovating, adding value and reinvesting.
A broader vision
The acquisition of a large property on Via Mario Borsa in Rome marks an important turning point. The size of the building and the work needed to develop it inspire a broader project: creating businesses that use the spaces, generate income and increase the value of the entire complex over time.
